At West Coast Karate, our Teen & Adult Karate program offers traditional Okinawan karate training for ages 12 and up in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the first time or continuing your martial arts journey, our classes focus on developing strength, discipline, confidence, and practical martial arts skills.
Through structured training in kihon (fundamentals), kata, and kumite (sparring), students challenge themselves, improve physical fitness, and develop skills that extend beyond the dojo.
